Our standard inclusions have been rigorously selected to comply with a wide range of site conditions, however there may be specific site conditions which require building elements to be upgraded or adjusted to comply. Our team will help each project through this process.

5.1 Initial PhaseInclusionUpgrade

  • A permit stage fee of $2,500+GST is required per cabin for the permit stage. This fee will be deducted from the total project fee.
