The Benefits of Prefab Homes
Smarter Construction, optimised for small homes & cabins.
Unlike traditional on-site building, prefab homes and cabins are prebuilt off-site and delivered ready for connection. This significantly reduces noise, waste, vehicle movements and time spent on site—making prefab construction particularly well suited to backyards, regional properties and operating tourism sites.
All Euca models are constructed in our state-of-the-art factory in Geelong, Victoria and delivered throughout regional Victoria, South Australia, New South Wales & Tasmania.
Why Prefab is better for small homes & cabins.
Prefab construction offers clear advantages compared to traditional on-site building. While prefab construction can be applied at many scales, our focus has been on refining it specifically for small homes, backyard studios and short-term rental accommodation — where efficiency, durability and minimal site disruption matter most.

Great for:
Our Prefab Factory
Built in Geelong. Delivered Regionally.
Euca has an exclusive agreement with one of Victoria’s largest modular construction builders to build our prefab cabins, small homes and bespoke granny flats. This partnership gives us access to production capacity, skilled trades, and quality control rarely found in small-scale housing.
Our large facility means we can deliver a more predictable, scalable, and efficient process compared to smaller prefab builders. Our small prefab homes are designed to align directly with this facility’s systems—enabling faster builds and more consistent results.
