Small Second Dwellings
A permit-free pathway available in Victoria.
A small second dwelling is a self-contained residential building permitted under Victorian planning provisions, designed to sit on the same lot as an existing home. In some cases, these small dwellings can be delivered without a traditional planning permit if specific size and siting criteria are met.
All Euca models are eligible for the ‘small second dwelling’ permit-free pathway. Our offsite prebuilt process also helps you avoid months of disruptive onsite construction. Contact our team to see if your site is suitable.
