Our Modular Factory

Euca has an exclusive agreement with one of Victoria’s largest modular construction facilities to build our tiny homes & cabins. This partnership gives us access to production capacity, skilled trades, and quality control rarely found in small-scale housing.

Our large facility means we can deliver a more predictable, scalable, and efficient process compared to smaller prefab builders. Euca cabins are designed to align directly with this facility’s systems—enabling faster builds and more consistent results.
