Our models are volumetric prefab modules which means they are delivered to site fully assembled and ready to be connected to onsite utilities for use. Factory construction means faster build times, greater quality control and minimal onsite disruption during the construction process compared to traditional building.
Euca Built cabins and small homes are built and delivered to your site within 100 days of building permit approval. Customers who choose our standardised designs can benefit from faster pre-construction timelines by taking advantage of models that come pre-designed, engineered, priced and compliance tested.
Euca Built products are design to be compliant for National Construction Code, Class 1a &1b (Residential) and Class 3 (Commercial Tourism) uses. This includes 7 Star Energy Ratings, relevant Bushfire (BAL) ratings and Accessibility credentials – unlike many tiny homes on wheels products with questionable compliance credentials.
